Kosovo Serb Businessman and Politician Radoicic Indicted for War Crimes

Twenty members of Serbian forces indicted for war crimes in Gjakova/Djakovica in 1999 include the Kosovo Serb ‘kingpin’ Milan Radoicic, BIRN has learned.
